1. Scope
This notice explains how Fevezo LLC handles information associated with this corporate website and messages sent to its published email addresses. Independently branded products operated by Fevezo LLC publish separate privacy notices for their own websites.
2. Information associated with the site
Technical traffic and security information. This site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, the request, your browser and the checks it runs to block attacks.
Information you send by email. A message may include your name, email address, organization, message content, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
This corporate site has no contact form, user account, newsletter, document upload, or purchasing function.
3. How information may be used
Fevezo LLC may use this information to respond to a message, route an inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, operate and troubleshoot the site, detect or address misuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Analytics, advertising, and cookies
Website analytics and browser storage
We use PostHog to understand page visits, navigation, sample and Start clicks, time on a page, and progress into the workspace. A pseudonymous browser identifier in first-party cookies and local storage connects visits on this brand's website and app; analytics cookies expire after 90 days. For a prepared page, the link's hash connects website activity to that outreach record. Signing in connects activity to a hashed account identifier. We also use masked recordings of public website interactions to find confusing steps. Form inputs are masked; prepared pages and private workspaces are not recorded. URL query strings and prepared-page tokens are removed before analytics events are sent. This is website measurement; our emails have no tracking pixel.
We do not use advertising cookies. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings turn website analytics off. You can also turn it off for this brand here; the preference is saved for one year.
5. Disclosure
Fevezo LLC may disclose relevant information to service providers that support site delivery or business communications, when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the site. Cloudflare processes technical traffic and security information as a site infrastructure provider.
6. Retention
Email and related business records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Technical delivery and security information retained by Cloudflare is subject to the applicable Cloudflare service configuration and terms. This notice does not promise a fixed period for records Cloudflare keeps under its own terms.
7. Security
This site is delivered over HTTPS through Cloudflare and applies a Content Security Policy and related response headers. Email sent to a published address is handled through Microsoft 365 mailbox infrastructure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to privacy@fevezo.com. Fevezo LLC may need information sufficient to understand and respond to the request.
9. Children
This corporate site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children.
10. Other sites and products
This site links to independently branded product websites and may link to other external sites. Their privacy notices, not this notice, govern information handled through those destinations unless they state otherwise.
11. Changes
Fevezo LLC may update this notice as the site, business, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
